Entries are based on photo uploads, Bishop and Hayes P.C. restricts you to three uploads per social media site per user profile per month. Terms and Conditions
Entries will be registered through third party software based on posts, and then will be drawn by randomizing software. You will be notified if you are the monthly winner through your social media accounts, and will have 10 days to respond, or another winner will be drawn. Once you have been notified of winning, your gift card will be mailed to you at the address you have supplied us with.
