Personal Injury TV Commercial with some Humor

Bishop and Hayes P.C.'s new TV Commercial

Recently we filmed a TV commercial aimed at showcasing our firm's difference compared to other firms in Springfield and Joplin Missouri. Bishop and Hayes is a law firm dedicated to protecting injury victims and their families for the last 15 years. We wanted to create an ad that would interject some humor and create a dramatization about how some firms handle several types of legal cases and have inexperienced associate attorneys handle injury victim's cases. So we bring you Bob, the newest star of the Bishop and Hayes TV creative and the market's youngest and soon to be recognizable associate attorney in Springfield and Joplin.

Car Accident Lawyer Springfield Missouri

Missouri Accidents and Seat Belt Statistics

At Bishop & Hayes P.C. we are a personal injury law firm located in Springfield and Joplin Missouri. As a law firm dedicated to protecting auto accident victims and their families for over 15 years, we also want to help reduce the amount of injuries that could have been prevented by simply wearing a seat belt.It may sound silly, it seems by now everyone should be wearing a seat belt at all times, but we recently reviewed the Missouri Statistical Analysis Center’s latest report and found some shocking information as it pertains to auto accident and subsequent injuries related to not wearing a seat belt on Missouri’s roadways.

Personal Injury Law: Insurance, Adjusters and You

By: Bishop Hayes

Recently a perspective client asked us a simple question; "why shouldn't I just work with the at-fault party's insurance company directly?" He asked this question because the adjuster told him that he would be in the position to receive a higher payout if he choose not to hire a personal injury attorney to help him with his claim. More and more we are seeing this tactic used by adjusters who are trying to push for a claim to be handled quickly and for as little in terms of compensation as possible.
